Well, so much for punishing last place. Beaven gave up four runs in six innings to get the loss. He didn't walk anyone, but his groundball to flyball was not as good as his previous start (8 GB/9 FB). He dropped to 1-1 and his ERA rose up to an even 3. And whenever he made a mistake, the team didn't give him too much support (only three hits for the 'Kings). His next start should be against the Peoria Chiefs on Saturday.
