Game 3: Celtics @ Lakers – 8PM Central on 6/10/2008

Game 6: Lakers @ Celtics – 8PM Central on 6/17/2008
Game 7: Lakers @ Celtics – 8PM Central on 6/19/2008

I do not understand why the late times of these games. I might be able to wrap my head around the time for the east coast; however, the time in California when this game would START would be Midnight. That just doesn’t sound right. I can’t say that I would be up watching a game at midnight. In fact, I am not sure if I would be even watching so much as the tip-off… but that’s just my 2¢. I think the better team happens to be the Celtics. I know… LAKERS-LAKERS-LAKERS… I’m just not a Kobe fan. And I’m not a Lakers fan. Between the Spurs and the Lakers, I would have preferred the Spurs any day. Anybody vs. the Lakers… I would go with anybody. Even the Clippers… but that’s just me.

Now, I honestly prefer the Celtics, not because they are playing the Lakers and therefore I prefer them, but I really think that they have the better team. I will admit that my bias does pull me in the direction, but I also have logic at play. The Celtics are more prepared, meaning that they are fresh on the court and not tired out by one long series after another. The Lakers have strong star power, but they don’t have as much depth as the Celtics. And with those two things, I think they will persevere over the Lakers in the series. The Lakers will space out two wins along the way.

Boston won both meetings this season:
  • November 23, 2007: 107-94
  • December 30, 2007: 110-91

Forecast: Boston in 6.

Wow I am really suprised that you could figure out how to turn on your computer let alone make a posting on the internets, you know that series of tubes.

The sun rises in the east and sets in the west. That means that when its 9 PM and the sun is setting on the East its only 6 PM and its still late afternoon on the West Coast. Wow that is really hard. I think they taught us how time zones work in the 4th grade, so maybe you just couldn't get past that point in your education.

The games will start at 9 EST, 8 Central, 7 Mountain, and 6 Pacific.

Wow, takes a big man to post something anonymously.

Wow, and mr. anonymous didn't even correct the times completely. At least my excuse was that this post was scheduled several days ago... no clue what this joker's excuse is. Anyway, I am going to be updating with the correct time's as of right now according to ESPN.com

given that the Celtics swept the Lakers in the regular season, it is strange to see all (but one) of the "experts" picking L.A.

i'm not sure who i'm rooting for yet. ordinarily it would be the Celts, but L.A. did knock off those %^&* Spurs.

What did I not correct completely? Did I not give you the time it would be in Hawaii or something? I don't understand how an adult can think that when it is 9PM on the east coast it is 12AM on the west coast. Unreal. Unreal. Just goes to show you why America is falling so far behind.

BTW, posted "anonymous" because I have no blog, and based on the quality of your work neither should you!
