Newberg Report Update: The "three players"

According to at least one local report, righthander Blake Beavan is in the deal, and according to The Ticket, Frisco reliever Josh Lueke and second baseman-outfielder Matt Lawson are the other two. Seattle beat writer Larry Stone has the same three names.

If that's true -- Justin Smoak, Beavan, Lueke, and Lawson for Cliff Lee and Mark Lowe and cash -- I'm shocked. In a very good way.
